Opening:
The regular meeting of the SLN Aylesbury
Sunday Football Combination was called to order at 20:02 on 3rd January 2008 at
Bucks CC S & SC by Roland Simmons.

Chairman:
1. The
Chairman wished everybody a Happy New Year.
Secretary:
1.
All correspondence read out and passed.
2.
Cup Final venues have now been agreed
Treasurer:
1.
Fines list passed on to the League Secretary.
2.
Ickford Reserves Secretary contacts have
changed and are now via Robin Pykett, see amendments sheet for details.
Fixture
Secretary:
1.
All fixture changes have been rearranged and a list of these fixture
changes shall be included with these minutes.
2.
It has been made aware that Clubs are not making every Sunday available.
Failure to be available could result in your club being FINED.
3.
Advice – Sue Ford from ADVC has contacted the league to warn clubs
within our league to make sure that pitches are booked well in advance, at least
one months notice of fixtures would help you get the pitches that you want. The
Bedgrove pitches are not at there best so try to book the other pitches.
Referee’s
Secretary:
1.
All appointments are going well and being covered.
2.
Roy Pryor has a new contact telephone number, see amendments.
Registration
Secretary:
1.
Fines passed to League Secretary.
2.
Team sheets are not being sent on time, this is causing delays to
administration.
3.
Transfer deadline 31st January 2008
Results/Press
Secretary:
1.
Some Clubs are still not ringing in results before 2pm.
2.
Fines passed to league secretary.
3.
Goal scorers from some teams are not being reported or recorded on team
sheets correctly this must stop immediately.
Sportsmanship
Secretary:
1.
Monitoring of sportsmanship table to continue.
2.
The following teams will continue to be monitored, Yeoman FC, Padbury
United Reserves and Ickford Reserves.
Ground
Liaison Officer:
1.
League Secretary to liaise with Bob regarding Cup Final Venues on going.
2.
The facilities at Westcott have been brought to our attention and have be
looked into.

1.
Vale of Aylesbury cup semi final draw results, matches to be played 17th
February 2008.

Agenda
for Next Meeting:
1.
The structure for the Leagues next season maybe discussed any information
on this matter to be addressed to the League Secretary.
2.
Rule changes to be submitted to the League Secretary by 28th
February 2008.
