Cricketers played their final football match of the season and they went
down 3-1 to FC Wanderers at Edinburgh Sports Ground.
Martin Blake netted twice and Ben Robinson was on the score sheet for the
second time in two games and keeper Chris Finch saved from the spot.
We wish the cricketers of Chearsley a successful cricket season.
Nags Head took on local
rivals Winslow Town at Edinburgh Sports Ground and a Chris Dyke hat trick
helped them too an 8-0 win. This result means that despite a
promising start to the season, Winslow Town will finish bottom of the
pile.
