This time last week, VTS FC put six past Chandos Arms without reply.  Things were much close in today's game as the outgoing champions took the points with a narrow 3-2 win.

In Div One, AFC Belgrave playing only their second league game of 2008, returned with a thumping 4-0 win over Grenson.  Yeoman are now virtually safe from a bottom two finish after their entertaining 3-3 draw with Padbury Utd Res.

In Div Two, Nags Head now need just one more point to secure a top two finish after their 3-0 win over FC Wanderers this morning.  Ickford Res beat Winslow Town 3-1 and Cheddington Reserves drew 2-2 with Padbury AFC.  The Cricketers of Chearsley may be forgiven for starting to turn their thoughts to the summer sport, but their were no signs of that just yet as they recorded their biggest away win yet with a 7-1 demolition of Excel Dents.
