Aston Clinton S&SC beat Ickford 4-1 at Aston Clinton Park this morning and this means they stay in the chase for the title.  They host FC Aristocrat on Wednesday evening with the visitors needing only a point to clinch it.

In Div One, The Bell Topboys are the champions after their 6-3 win away at Bucks (Aylesbury) whilst second place Halifax (Aylesbury) were surprisingly beaten 2-0 at home by Padbury United Reserves.  Unique FC and AFC Belgrave fought out a competitive 4-4 draw at Meadowcroft and it was also honours even between Cublington and Yeoman as they drew 1-1 at Rowsham.

Elm Farm rounded off a great week as they clinched the Div Two title one week on from their Chris Payne Trophy victory.  They beat Chearsley Cricketers 5-2 at Towersey today.  Nags Head's long season looks like starting to tell as they could only manage a 2-2 draw with Padbury AFC, but the point does mean that they have secured second place.  Meanwhile down at the foot of the table, Winslow Town remain bottom after losing 4-0 at home to Aylesbury Exiles - a result that looks like giving them the wooden spoon.  FC Wanderers lost 3-1 at Cheddington Reserves.
